Holiday Craft Show 2020
Westfield Band Boosters are grateful for the crafters and shoppers who participated in the Outdoor Event on October 10, 2020. Thank you for continuing to support the WHS Bands and Guard programs during these unusual times.
The Westfield Band Boosters are also offering crafters and shoppers an opportunity to participate in our online / virtual event, running from Friday, November 2oth through Sunday, November 22nd. We are committed to staying true to featuring crafters who offer handmade or hand-embellished wares. We use a juried selection process to provide a mix of vendors and ensure that we offer only high-quality, handcrafted or embellished items. No commercial vendors or catalog sales will be permitted.
We hope you will consider joining us! There will not be any fee for shoppers to access the website and links to the crafters. Fees for crafters for the Online Event are $35.00. Crafters, please disregard the fee information on the current application site. For the online event, the WBB will create a webpage of all participating crafters that is organized by category for ease of shopping. Information about each crafter will include their business name, some pictures, and links to their online stores, Facebook pages, or any contact information they choose. We plan to market these events on social media (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter) using the Holiday Craft Show, Westfield Band Boosters, and Westfield Washington Schools pages. In addition, participating crafters will be marketed on the Holiday Craft Show Facebook and Instagram pages. Throughout the weekend of November 21st, we will share crafters' Facebook videos and Insta-stories (from crafter's public accounts) during our virtual event.
All applications will be reviewed by the committee as they are received. Applications will not be accepted after November 1, 2020 in order to provide us time for marketing. Approved vendors will be notified as soon as possible after their application has been received.
- Remember ALL items that you plan to sell must be handmade. No purchased accessories will be permitted.
- Applications must be completed online.
- All applicants must submit photos this year
Remember, this is a juried show, which means our committee relies heavily on the photos submitted to select our show vendors based on product quality, uniqueness and diversity. In 2019 we declined over 100 vendors.
