Holiday Craft Show 2020

Westfield Band Boosters cordially invites you to apply to our 12th Annual Holiday Craft Show to be held on Saturday, November 21st, 2020. One of the largest all-handmade craft shows in central Indiana, each year we host over 160 booths and 2,500 shoppers! While we do not plan to add additional booth space, we continue to focus marketing on increasing show's attendance. We use a juried selection process to provide a balanced mix of vendors and ensure that we offer only high-quality, handcrafted or embellished items. No commercial vendors or catalog sales will be permitted.

We hope you will consider joining us! Vendor fee for applications received by May 1, 2020 is $70. Vendor fee for applications received by June 1, 2020 will incur an additional $10 fee. 

All applications will be reviewed by the committee in June and July. Approved vendors will be notified by the end of August of 2020. Please click HERE for the August 30th statement about planning related to COVID-19.


Please note that while the application deadline is June 1, 2020, we encourage interested vendors to submit applications through November 2oth; in past years we have had booth space open up at the last minute. 

Please note that applications will not be reviewed without the following.

  • All applications must be submitted by June 1, 2020.
  • Remember ALL items that you plan to sell must be handmade. No purchased accessories will be permitted.
  • Applications must be completed online. If you are not able, there will be a $10 fee to submit a paper application.
  • All applicants must submit photos this year

Remember, this is a juried show, which means our committee relies heavily on the photos submitted to select our show vendors based on product quality, uniqueness and diversity. In 2019 we declined over 100 vendors.
