Holiday Craft Show 2021

The Westfield Band Boosters cordially invite you to apply to our 13th Annual Holiday Craft Show to be held on Saturday, November 20th, 2021. One of the largest all-handmade craft shows in central Indiana, each year we host over 160 booths and 2,500 shoppers! While we do not plan to add additional booth space, we continue to focus marketing on increasing our show's attendance.  The Craft Show Committee uses a juried selection process to choose a balanced mix of crafters who provide a diverse selection of high quality, handcrafted or embellished items. No commercial vendors or catalog sales will be permitted.

We hope you will consider joining us! Booth fees for applications received by May 1, 2021 are $70 per space (with extra charges for limited availability options such as access to electricity). Booth fees for applications received on or after May 2, 2021 will incur an additional $10 fee. June 1st is the final deadline for guaranteed consideration of your application by the committee in June.

All applications received by June 1st will be reviewed by the committee in June. Approved crafters will be notified by the end of July 2021.

We will be attending to CDC guidelines regarding health and safety concerns and making any necessary changes to our policies and procedures.

News as of March 22, 2021...  We have just found out that access to the MPIF (our typical indoor space for our Holiday Craft Show) may be restricted in Nov 2021 due to construction at WHS.  In addition, we are aware with the continued impact of the COVID pandemic, it may still be necessary to spread out and provide more distance for our indoor Craft Show event in November.  The good news is that with the finished addition at the southwest end of Westfield High School, we have additional space to use for our event.  So, the 2021 Holiday Craft Show will go on!   It may be configured a bit differently this year (layout and booth sizes).   We still plan on providing 100 sq feet of space for our crafters,  but the dimensions may more closely approximate 20x5 instead of 10x10.  We ask for your patience while we work through these issues, and promise to keep you informed with as much information as we can provide. Please note that while the application deadline is June 1, 2021, we encourage interested crafters to submit applications through November 19th; in past years we have had booth space open up at the last minute. 

Please note the following:

  • All applications must be submitted by June 1, 2021.
  • Remember ALL items that you plan to sell must be handmade. No purchased accessories will be permitted.
  • Applications must be completed online. If you are not able, there will be a $10 fee to submit a paper application.
  • All applicants must submit photos every year.

Remember, this is a juried show, which means our committee relies heavily on the photos submitted to select our show crafters based on product quality, uniqueness and diversity. In recent years we have declined over 100 crafters.
