Holiday Craft Show 2022

For Shoppers:

Our Holiday Craft Show is at Westfield High School (in the MPIF, enter WHS Doors 9 & 19).  Our event is open to shoppers on November 19th from 9am - 3pm.  All crafters sell handmade or hand-embellished crafts.  The cost is $5.00 and children under 12 are free.  There is a pancake breakfast (door 9), as well as concessions, a student bake sale, and musical entertainment.  The Holiday Craft Show is a fundraiser for the WHS Band Boosters and supports the WHS Band and Guard programs.

For Crafters:

The Westfield Band Boosters cordially invite you to apply to our 14th Annual Holiday Craft Show to be held on Saturday, November 19th, 2022. One of the largest all-handmade craft shows in central Indiana, each year we host over 160 booths and 2,500 shoppers!

While we do not plan to add additional booth space, we continue to focus marketing on increasing our show's attendance.  The Craft Show Committee uses a juried selection process to choose a balanced mix of crafters who provide a diverse selection of high quality, handcrafted or embellished items. No commercial vendors or catalog sales will be permitted.

We hope you will consider joining us! Booth fees for applications received by May 1, 2022 are $80 per space (with extra charges for limited availability options such as access to electricity). Booth fees for applications received on or after May 2, 2022 will incur an additional $10 fee. June 1st is the final deadline for guaranteed consideration of your application by the committee in June.

All applications received by June 1st will be reviewed by the committee in June. Approved crafters will be notified by the end of July 2022.

We will be attending to WWS, Hamilton Co Health Dept., and CDC guidelines regarding health and safety concerns and making any necessary changes to our policies and procedures. Purchasing tickets in advance for timed tickets is strongly recommended.  Other changes will be implemented as necessary as recommended by the agencies above.  As always, if you have questions, please email  Thank you for your understanding. 

November 1 Update: At this time, our booth spaces are full.  You are welcome to apply for the waitlist in case we have any spots open up at the last minute.  Please note, after you submit the online application, the platform is sending is an error message that says "we're sorry but something went wrong".  If you receive this message please email craftshow@ to confirm your application has been submitted. On our end, the application has usually been received.   We apologize for this irritation and we will be using a different platform in 2023.

For the application, please use .jpg or .jpeg formatted photos. If you have a newer iPhone, you may need to convert HEIC formatted photos to jpg. Here are two articles that may be helpful:

Please note that while the application deadline is June 1, 2022, we encourage interested crafters to submit applications through November 18th; in past years we have had booth space open up at the last minute. 

Please note the following:

  • All applications must be submitted by June 1, 2022.
  • Remember ALL items that you plan to sell must be handmade. No purchased accessories will be permitted.
  • Applications must be completed online. If you are not able, there will be a $10 fee to submit a paper application.
  • All applicants must submit photos every year.

Remember, this is a juried show, which means our committee relies heavily on the photos submitted to select our show crafters based on product quality, uniqueness and diversity. In recent years we have declined over 100 crafters.
