Westfield Rocks the 4th!
The City of Westfield has invited WHS Band & Guard to be a part of “Westfield Rocks the 4th” at Grand Park. “Westfield Rocks the 4th” is a day filled with fun for the whole family topped off by an amazing fireworks display. Event organizers have invited students from our band program to hold a Rock-a-Thon fundraiser to help raise money for this year’s Boston Trip (or to go towards students’ personal band account). In addition to being a great way for students to earn money, it’s quite an honor to be involved. Organizers are putting our band kids front and center, and have become huge supporters of the WHS Band Program. We want to show our community how grateful we are for their support and what an honor it is to be such a prominent part of the celebration. We are hoping a minimum of 25 band kids will Rock.
