CONCERT BAND FAMILIES:
Fall Concert - October 13
This is a reminder that our first concert of the year is 10-13-21. The concert begins at 7pm. Tickets will go on sale 10-3-21 and are $5. More information to come next week.
Concert Band Fees were to be paid by September 3 and are now past due. Please see the fee letter below for details. All fees are run through the Boosters so students will not be assigned a fee through Westfield Washington Schools. Click HERE for more information or see below under Fees to make a payment.

OTHER IMPORTANT INFORMATION:
October 7th- Practice will be canceled on October 7th due to the Middle School Band Concert. We will instead practice from 6-9pm on October 6th. This is a change for the full ensemble.
We will have a prelims decorations work day on Wednesday September 29th from 6-9pm and w prelims decorations work day on Sunday October 3rd from 2-4pm in the band room. All are welcome to help. September 29th we will make decorations and October 3rd we will be hanging things throughout the room.

End of the Season Community Night
Our end of the season community performance will be October 22nd at 7pm in the stadium. All are welcomed to attend this final home performance for the Pride of Westfield. Admission is free and open to the public. This will also be the night we do state finals goodie bags. If you would like to donate to state finals goodie bags/gifts please contact Emily Kidwell.
Pride of Westfield End of Season Banquet and Awards
We will be hosting our end of the season banquet and awards for the Pride of Westfield on October 25th at 7pm in the High School Auditorium. Light refreshments will be served and all band families are welcome to attend. We will be presenting our end of the season awards at this event . All students will be recognized.
Trunk or Treat
We will be hosting our annual Westfield Band and Guard Trunk or Treat on October 28th at 7pm on the band practice lot. All band families grades 6-12 are invited to attend. More details will be sent out as the event approaches.
WINTER IS COMING!
We are excited for the return of winter programs for the 2022 season! Please check out the dates and locations below:

GUARD CALL OUT
We will be having our call-out for the 2022 winter guard season at 7pm on October 26 in the WHS band room. Invite your friends! See more information HERE

GOODIE BAG DONATION REQUESTS: We're looking for individually wrapped candies, treats, or favors for Goodie Bags. The Boosters have a lot of great fundraising events and opportunities coming up in the next few months!
DINE TO DONATE: The Dine to Donate September 22nd at Birdies Grill House & Miniature Golf was rescheduled to THIS Wednesday, September 29. The Westfield Band Boosters will reeive 10% of your mini-golf and dine-in purchases when you present the dine to donate flyer which will be sent out early this week. Please note, dine to donate does not apply to carryout orders.
Butter Braids are Back! Our Butter Braid fundraiser begins TOMORROW, Monday, September 27! You will receive an email with your student’s fundraiser link tomorrow morning. If you haven’t had a Butter Braid they are DELICIOUS! Simply thaw overnight, bake & serve. This is the perfect breakfast for holiday guests or your family! Each item your student sells earns funds for their personal band account AND the overall band account! Order pick-up is Wednesday, November 3 5:00 – 7:00 p.m. just in time for the holidays! You MUST pick up your order on that day. Please check out all the details in the attachment found HERE
HOLIDAY GREENERY: Holiday greenery - wreaths, centerpieces and swag will be available for sale within the next week. This fundraiser will be 100% online and shipped directly to you or your family, friends and loved ones. Items sold by or for your student will earn funds for both their personal band account AND the overall band account as well. The sales will conclude by November 15th and all items will be shipped for delivery December 2-6.
2021 MARCHING & CONCERT BAND FEES
ALL payments of the 2021 Pride of Westfield Marching Band fees is now due. Fees total $560 and were broken up into 4 installments of $140
Concert Band Fees were due on September 3.
To make a payment:
1. Pay by PayPal on the Westfield Band Boosters website or through your student's Charms account..
2. Pay by check. All checks must be made out to Westfield Band Boosters and should be placed in a sealed envelope with a completed deposit slip found HERE, and dropped in the Band Booster box in the band room or mailed to the following address:
